smoothie


As you may or may not know, I have been making supplemental smoothies for myself. This smoothie has bananas, coconut water for hydration, kefir, beet root powder for iron, chia seeds for tons of minerals and energy, bee pollen for antioxidants and energy, and maca powder for minerals and hormone regulation. Mmmm. I subtracted the spirulina powder from my smoothie recipes because it just has an awful taste. I take it in capsule form now.
